Returns will be recognized for the following reasons:

• Merchandise Damaged during Transportation: Corresponds to deterioration of the product or its packaging originated only during the transportation and / or handling of the merchandise by the carrier authorized by the company. The report must be communicated to the company by the client, attaching records that show the event (photographs, videos) within a period of no more than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to carry out the replacement. to the client.
• When the client receives merchandise that he did not request , he must notify the company of the event within a period of no more than 3 business days after the delivery date. Otherwise, the acceptance of the merchandise by the customer will be understood.
• Product Quality : corresponds to cases of product damage from manufacturing due to quality and / or packaging. These cases must be reported and then the process of analysis of acceptance or rejection of the same will be carried out.

All merchandise is delivered to the country headquarters or the administrative headquarters in the city of Cali, Valle, Colombia. The transport of the same is assumed by ALMA IPS.
